A Festival of Flowers and Music is being held at St Thomas' Church, Somercotes over 3 days from 5th September. Creative flower displays on the theme of songs and hymns will be accompanied by poems and sessions of live music

A Festival of Flowers and Music is being held at St Thomas' Church, Somercotes over 3 days from 5th September.

Creative flower displays on the theme of songs and hymns will be accompanied by poems and sessions of live music, in this lovely Parish church. Home baked refreshments will be available.

The combined voices of the Pye Hill Male Voice Choir and Amber Valley Voices are performing a concert of popular song in the church on the Saturday evening at 7pm. The festival culminates with a celebration of choral evensong on the Sunday evening at 5pm.
